Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that this process might be intimidating and you may have some questions. You're in the right place!

Therapy Session
  1. What is the cost of each session?

The rate for sessions is as follows:
-    $115-125 for Individual Therapy sessions (53-minutes)
-    $150 for Couples & Family sessions (60-minutes)
-    FREE initial phone consultation (15-minutes)

Please note the late cancellation and no-show fee are equivalent to the amount of one session.

2. Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we do NOT accept any insurance. There are a couple of reasons for this! First, many insurance companies have limitations on the types of therapy they cover, or the number of sessions allowed, which can hinder the flexibility and effectiveness of treatment. Additionally, the administrative burden associated with insurance billing can be time-consuming and detract from the quality of care I provide to you as a client. By operating on a fee-for-service basis, I can focus entirely on meeting your individual needs and providing the highest standard of care without the constraints imposed by insurance policies.

3. Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Since my rates are below both the local and national therapy averages, I am not offering sliding scale fees currently.

4. What is the cancellation policy?

Things happen unexpectedly, I get that. If you need to cancel an appointment, please be sure to let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the late cancellation fee. This ensures that other clients can take advantage of that time slot. Please note the late cancellation and no-show fee are equivalent to the amount of one session.

5. Am I "crazy" if I need therapy?

To be frank, if being "crazy" is what it takes, then count us in as well! Here at Align and Revive, we strongly advocate for therapy for everyone. In our experience, our clients are some of the most courageous people we have EVER met. Give us a call at 813-252-0409 so we can talk about how we can help you!

6. Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.
